I'm CJ, founder of CLUB 6713.
The 6th of July 2013 (6713) was the day I had to dig deep and find my inner strength which has positively influenced my life ever since. I look better (subjective ha-ha), eat healthier, think clearer, and feel GREAT!
6713 is my number and I want to help you get your number, have your day, and transform your life. That day could be the day you pull a PB on your deadlift, go from couch to your first 5k run, or smash the wall in one of my CLUB 6713 challenge events.
PERSONAL TRAINING

I offer a truly personal training experience within my private garden log cabin gym with fully equipped indoor and outdoor training spaces located within Kilmarnock's Grange Estate.
THE GYM

Cardio
Row, Run, Ride, or Ski in CLUB 6713. Whether its a quick HIIT or a long endurance session you can be sure to increase your power, aerobic ability, VO2 Max, and of course fat loss. You can connect to your preferred training apps, listen to music, or stream your favourite shows whilst you get fit.
Weights & More
CLUB 6713 has everything needed for effective resistance training programming with olympic weights, functional equipment, cable pulley, and much much more.
Outdoor Gym
Designed and built by me with a multitude of exercise options; offering clients the opportunity to harness the health and wellness benefits of training in the outdoors, but in a private environment.
GROUP TRAINING
Classes for everyone!
Group training sessions utilising CLUB 6713 indoor and outdoor gym spaces, local gymnasiums, as well as pop-up locations.
No monthly contracts, just pay as you train!
Class schedules are released 1 week in advance.

Condition | 30
30 min class developing full body physical fitness with high rep weighted functional exercises and HIIT.
STRENGTHEN | 30
30 min class where you will load and stress your body into increasing muscle mass, losing fat, and strengthening bones and joints.
DIG DEEP | 30
Book ended by a warm-up and cool-down, the 20 minute fixed training session has no dedicated rest periods meaning you have to dig deep; working to failure, recovering only when you've given it your all before going at it again.
ENDURE | 60
60 min class aimed at increasing your bodies ability to sustain stresses to your muscular and cardiovascular systems.
PERFORM | 30| YOUTHS
30 min class for 9-15 year olds focussing on hitting all components of fitness, building confidence, instilling discipline, and having fun.
TRAIN THE CHAIN
60 min class for adults of all ages and levels of fitness, with functional exercises to improve posture, strength, stability, and endurance for a fitter future. Increased rest times, good music, and great company.
RUN COACHING
You fill in the blank; we help you achieve it.
Whether you’re a beginner or elite runner, we all have running firsts.
First 10k, first sub 4 hour marathon, first trail ultra; our personalised and periodised plans will ensure you accomplish all your running goals.
RACE SIMULATION
Want to test your readiness for your next or first Hyrox?
Suitable for solo, doubles, and relay participants; Club 6713’s private indoor and outdoor training spaces provide the perfect small format gym to simulate your race.
